# Chainstack updates: October 25, 2023

> The Chainstack Developer subscription plan now has a 30-request-per-second rate limit; this rate cap does not apply to other paid Chainstack subscription plans.

**Console**. Now Developer subscription plan has a rate limit of 30 request per seconds. Note that this does not apply to all other subscription plans.
